楓之醇本舖的主人,平常最主要的貨源來自岳父、母自家經營40年的醬菜工廠。醬園
裡的特色是將特產從零售發展成包裝精美且真空殺菌的現代包裝,90%的產品不添加
防腐劑,採用天然發酵的方式,提供消費者最好的商品。舖內有傳統客家豆腐乳、紫
蘇梅、梅干菜、福菜、蘿蔔乾、各式醬菜等,精緻可口、乾淨衛生,令人垂涎!從傳
統農產品醃漬,到符合現代人口味的古早味精緻食品,產品製作採用純天然發酵方式
,保存農產品原有的香氣、甘味及古早味的客家醬菜,是家喻戶曉愛用的傳統食品或
