Hakka flavor in the Tofu Cheese
Mrs. Guo(Guo Jian Yu-Ying),the founder of Guo Jia Zhuang,made her career by making delicious,none-chemical,naturally ferrmented tofu cheese. All of her tofu cheese,they so called「Guo Jia Zhuang Tofu Cheese」, were self-produced and praised by all of her customers.


Over the past thirty years,Guo Jia Zhuang Tofu Cheese has been a well-known Hakka delicacy,but this did not stop the creativitiesof the founders. A new name,「Guo Jia Zhuang Pickle Shop」,
